IKEBANA Workshop x
MICHIKO AMIYA
Certified by the renowned Sogetsu School of Ikebana, Michiko Amiya brings the timeless beauty of Japanese floral art to life through her unique perspective and heartfelt approach. Originally from Kagawa, Japan, Michiko’s journey with flowers began as a personal path to healing following the loss of a loved one. What started as a quiet exploration soon bloomed into a lifelong passion and profession.
Now based in Los Angeles, she offers bespoke floral arrangements for homes, offices, and restaurants, as well as Ikebana displays that reflect both creativity and mindfulness. Michiko teaches Sogetsu Ikebana classes in Long Beach, California, where students of all levels are welcomed to explore the expressive and meditative nature of this modern floral art form.
