Q: Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?

Yes, you can select the gift wrapping option in the cart before checking out for $10 per order. All items will be wrapped in one box. Some items may not be eligible for gift wrap and we will be in touch with you.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer international shipping and our main partners for worldwide shipping are UPS, FedEx, and DHL. For more information, please review our Shipping & Delivery Info page for more information.

Q: What’s your processing time?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your item is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Once a package is on its way to you via standard shipping, it will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

Please note once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled upon our shipping policy.

Q: What’s your return policy?

We do!ARJ Los Angeles offers E-Gift Cards, for redemption on our site. Our digital gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire.
