ARJ accepts a return of unused merchandise with original packaging within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All products must be returned with no signs of usage in its original packaging and with all related accessories and insert card included. Items in gift sets may not be separated and must be returned complete in its original packaging. Please note that original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization within 7 days from your receipt of product. Once reviewed and if approved, we will email you your unique return authorization. Once we issue a return authorization, you have 7 days to return your item back to us. Once a return is received and accepted, we will issue a store credit via email. Please allow us 5 business days to process the return items.
The products must be in original condition and packaged in their original packaging to be returned to us. Note that the product packaging should not be used as outside packaging, as the product may be damaged during transport, and you may receive a damage deduction. The product must be in unchanged condition and, for example, disassembled if it requires assembly.
We reserve the right to make a damage deduction if the products' condition has changed to such an extent that it cannot be sold to another customer without a discount. The deduction is made on the total return amount before it is refunded to you. We examine all returned items to determine if a deduction is necessary. The below categories are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged:
Custom orders (monogrammed or personalized items)
Special order items
Final sale items (identified by a price ending $0.99)
Items damaged through normal wear and tear
Any items marked ‘Non-Returnable’ (indicated on the product page)
All orders placed through international checkout are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages must be reported within 24 hours from your receipt of your product. Please do not discard any of damaged item or its packaging. If you believe an item was damaged in transit or defective, please send us your photo of the item and a detailed description of the damage to email@example.com within 24 hours from receipt of your product to qualify for a full refund.
All approved refunds due to damages/defects will be paid to the original form of payment or free exchange. If you fail to report damages/defects in above time frame and condition, we will not be able to take responsibility for the damages.
