- Next Day: 2pm on Wednesday, December 21 (PST)
- 2nd Business Day: 2pm on Tuesday, December 20 (PST)
- 3rd Business Day: 2pm on Monday, December 19 (PST)
- Standard (1 to 4 business days) : 2pm on Wednesday, December 14 (PST)
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Once a package is on its way to you via standard shipping, it will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Please note once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled upon our shipping policy.
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Please check your confirmation email for details on when pre-order items will ship. Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed, unless otherwise noted. If your order includes both in-stock item and pre-order item, your order will be fulfilled in multiple shipments. In such cases, the total shipping fee is usually charged at the time of the first shipment.
While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order and limited-edition items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Payment is taken and processed at the time of your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
We cannot accept cancellations of pre-order items. Your pre-order purchase is also subject to our general return policy.
We offer UPS or FedEx for most of our items and the rates are calculated based on your region and applied at checkout. Rates will vary depending upon size and weight of items in your order.
We ship to all 50 states including Hawaii and Alaska. All orders must be shipped to a physical address in the United States or Canada. We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes.
Expedited Domestic Shipping
Next-day and 2nd-day shipping options are available for eligible items at checkout for additional fee. Please note that all expedited shipping orders will require a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. We cannot offer overnight delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
We offer international shipping to Canada via UPS or FedEx and the rates are calculated based on your region. We cannot offer expedited shipping for international orders at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address in Canada. We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ARJ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

All purchases including taxes and shipping charges must be paid in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and online store credit. Your credit card will be charged as soon as you check out. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders.
