Since its establishment just outside the gates of Kiyomizu Temple in 1870, Asahido has specialized in Kyo ware/Kiyomizu ware. Today, they offer the finest traditional crafts, including porcelain, lacquerware, ironware, and cut glassware sourced from across Japan.
