Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team—part-time preferred, but full-time may be considered based on the candidate. You’ll represent the voice and spirit of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while helping shoppers connect with our unique, artisan-made collections. Each piece tells a story—we want you to help share it.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally
  • Share accurate, engaging product knowledge
  • Process sales using POS systems
  • Support customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Stock, organize, and maintain the store’s visual appeal

Requirements

  • Retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Passion for design, home decor, and craftsmanship
  • Comfortable using iPads and Macs
  • Shopify or e-commerce experience a plus
  • Available to work weekends and holidays

Working Hours Mon  - Thu, 11 AM – 5 PM / Fri - Sun, 11 AM - 6 PM

Pay $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Opportunities for fast-tracked pay increases based on performance)

Expected hours 20 – 35 per week

Each artisan-made, one-of-a-kind piece has a story to tell. We want you to deliver those stories to our customers, helping them understand the craftsmanship and passion behind every item.

3. Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Associate - ROW DTLA APPLY

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team, with opportunities for growth into a long-term role. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments, contributing to our overall order fulfillment operations. If you’re enthusiastic about home goods and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Shopify platform
  • Organize and store received items in the store and warehouse
  • Accurately pick, pack, and process online orders
  • Safely handle shipments, especially fragile ceramic/glass items

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Able to lift upto 50 lbs
