Ginori 1735 – Vecchio Ginori Dinnerware Collection
The Vecchio Ginori collection by Ginori 1735 embodies a timeless aesthetic rooted in the sinuous, sculptural forms of 18th-century porcelain—an iconic design whose origins have softened with time, yet whose presence remains remarkably enduring. Defined by its understated beauty and quiet elegance, this collection brings a sense of historical refinement to the modern table.
The hallmark of Vecchio Ginori is its delicate relief work, historically known as the “Saxon-style.” This intricate ozier, or woven-basket motif—once a signature of European porcelain tradition—has been reinterpreted by Ginori’s master artisans with a distinctly Italian sensibility. The result is a composition of soft, fluid lines that convey both artisanal precision and tactile depth.
Perfect for both minimalist everyday dining and curated, formal settings, Vecchio Ginori serves as a versatile canvas for any culinary creation. Its pure white silhouette enhances everything from a simple morning pastry to a refined multi-course presentation, while its sculptural quality lends it the presence of a collectible object.
Defined by its luminous porcelain and sculptural relief, Vecchio Ginori stands as a testament to Ginori 1735’s enduring craftsmanship—an object of quiet sophistication, at once functional and collectible, that continues to transcend time.

Founded in 1735 by Marquis Carlo Ginori near Florence, Ginori 1735 is one of Europe’s oldest porcelain makers and a symbol of Italian artistry. For nearly three centuries, it has blended meticulous craftsmanship with bold design, creating fine porcelain that bridges heritage and modernity.
Signature collections include Oriente Italiano, where Eastern-inspired motifs meet vibrant Italian colors; Catene, Gio Ponti’s modern take on a classic chain-link pattern; Labirinto, with striking geometric borders; and Il Viaggio di Nettuno, a whimsical marine-themed series by Luke Edward Hall.
Handcrafted in its historic Manifattura in Sesto Fiorentino, Ginori 1735 continues to bring art, beauty, and elegance to the everyday table.
