"Markt" means "market" in German. It is used as the name for the shape of the food gathered on the plate. The design, which emphasizes ease of holding and usability, is recommended for everyday use. The black dots represent the texture of the surface achieved by mixing iron powder into the glaze, and it is called "Nashiji" because it resembles the surface texture of a pear.
