Care
- Dishwasher safe for household and commercial use. Do not use in high-temperature sanitizing cabinets.
- For hand washing, use mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive sponges, metal scrubbers, and abrasive cleaners. Dry with a soft cloth before water spots form.
- Not heat-resistant. Use only for cold or room-temperature beverages; do not use with hot or boiling liquids, in a microwave or oven, or over direct heat. Avoid sudden temperature changes, impacts, and scratches, which can cause breakage even in strengthened glass.
- Stack only models specifically designed for stacking. Do not stack other glasses, as they may chip, break, or become stuck.
- For cloudiness or mineral haze, soak in lukewarm water with a small amount of white vinegar, then wash, rinse, and dry normally. Diluted citric acid may also be used, but overly concentrated solutions can damage the glass.

About Toyo-Sasaki
Toyo-Sasaki Glass carries forward two of Japan’s longest glassmaking histories, with roots dating to 1878. Toyo Glass developed in Osaka, while Sasaki Glass began in Tokyo during the Meiji era, each contributing to the growth of modern Japanese table glassware. In 1967, Sasaki Glass introduced HS (Hard Strong), Japan’s first strengthened glassware for table use. The two companies united as Toyo-Sasaki Glass in 2002.
Based in Yachiyo in northwestern Chiba Prefecture, just east of Tokyo, the company combines its signature Fine Clear soda-lime glass with proprietary strengthening methods to create thin, lightweight pieces that are durable, dishwasher-safe, and suited to everyday use.
