• Hand wash only with neutral detergent and a soft sponge or cloth. For items with narrow openings, use a bottle brush. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, metal scouring pads, and cleansers. Dry thoroughly before storing to prevent white calcium deposits from forming.
• Not intended for microwave or dishwasher use. Do not use on direct heat such as in an oven or on a gas stove. Avoid rapid temperature changes or excessive pressure, which may cause breakage. Maximum heat resistance temperature difference is 176°F (80°C).
• Do not stack during storage unless designed for stacking. If stacking is necessary, place soft paper or cushioning material between glasses to prevent damage.
• If glass develops cloudiness or slime from soda ash (a natural occurrence with soda glass), wash with neutral detergent. For stubborn residue, add vinegar to aid removal.
