Care
- Hand wash recommended with neutral detergent and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, metal scouring pads, and cleansers.Dry thoroughly before storing to prevent white calcium deposits from forming.
- Not microwave safe. Do not use on direct heat such as in an oven or on a gas stove. Avoid rapid temperature changes or excessive pressure, which may cause breakage.
- Not intended for hot drinks, but can be used with care. Warm the glassware in lukewarm water before use to prevent thermal shock. Do not pour boiling water directly into room-temperature glass. Maximum heat resistance temperature difference is 176°F (80°C).
- Do not stack during storage unless designed for stacking. If stacking is necessary, place soft paper or cushioning material between glasses to prevent damage.
- If glass develops cloudiness or slime from soda ash (a natural occurrence with soda glass), wash with neutral detergent. For stubborn residue, add vinegar to aid removal.
