Description

Il Seguace Saffron Porcelain Candleholder – LCDC Collection by Luca Nichetto for Ginori 1735

Crafted from fine saffron-colored porcelain, Il Seguace (The Companion) candleholder from Ginori 1735’s LCDC Collection symbolizes trust, friendship, and emotional connection. Featuring the sculpted face of a thoughtful figure, this piece brings balance and harmony to any space—representing the loyal companion one always wishes to have nearby.

Designed to pair with the Amber Lagoon scented candle (sold separately), this candleholder enhances the ambiance with a fresh, aromatic fragrance. The scent blends citrusy grapefruit blossom with the sweetness of fig leaves, evoking the feeling of a peaceful stroll through timeless gardens and sunlit fountains.

Part of La Compagnia di Caterina, a unique collection created by designer Luca Nichetto, the series blends classical craftsmanship with contemporary influences—from Lucha Libre masks and graffiti art to Renaissance iconography. Each piece tells a story, turning sculptural decor into an immersive sensory experience.

About Ginori 1735

Founded in 1735 by Marquis Carlo Ginori near Florence, Ginori 1735 is one of Europe’s oldest porcelain makers and a symbol of Italian artistry. For nearly three centuries, it has blended meticulous craftsmanship with bold design, creating fine porcelain that bridges heritage and modernity.

Signature collections include Oriente Italiano, where Eastern-inspired motifs meet vibrant Italian colors; Catene, Gio Ponti’s modern take on a classic chain-link pattern; Labirinto, with striking geometric borders; and Il Viaggio di Nettuno, a whimsical marine-themed series by Luke Edward Hall.

Handcrafted in its historic Manifattura in Sesto Fiorentino, Ginori 1735 continues to bring art, beauty, and elegance to the everyday table.
