The Restaurant Maison Collection is a collaboration between Hataman Touen and Paris-based chef Sota Atsumi of Maison, a celebrated restaurant known for its modern French cuisine using seasonal, market-fresh ingredients. Inspired by Atsumi's deep respect for producers and seasonal ingredients, the series fuses Nabeshima's traditional overglaze techniques with European botanical art.
Using layered glazing methods, the collection captures the delicate realism and depth of botanical illustrations. Each piece reflects chef Atsumi's vision to enhance both the presentation and enjoyment of food while highlighting the natural translucency and refinement of porcelain.
