The Restaurant MAISON series is a collaboration series produced under the supervision of the restaurant "MAISON" led by Chef Sota Atsumi, who is active mainly in Paris, France. This new plate has "dandelion" drawn on a φ23.5 cm plate.
Restaurant MAISON's vessel project started with the motif of antique botanical art with unique photorealism. It was completed by many trials and errors of an expression method that has a sense of depth that is expressed by observing the details of botanical art, his realism, and summarizing the information of Nabeshima ware by simplifying the features.
