Ikebana Kenzan Flower Frog
Pairs Well With
Description
A kenzan, or flower frog, is the traditional tool at the heart of ikebana, the Japanese art of intentional flower arrangement. This brass-needle kenzan holds stems securely in place, giving you full control over the angle, height, and negative space that define an ikebana composition. The rubber base keeps it stable and protects surfaces beneath.
It pairs naturally with the Nedre Foss Sirkel Tealight Holder, whose wide, shallow bowl is sized to hold the kenzan and a small amount of water, making a simple and beautiful vessel for a minimalist arrangement. For larger, more architectural compositions, any low bowl or wide-mouthed vessel works beautifully alongside it.
