The Restaurant MAISON series is a collaboration series produced under the supervision of the restaurant "MAISON" led by Chef Sota Atsumi, who is active mainly in Paris, France.
Restaurant MAISON's vessel project started with the motif of antique botanical art with unique photorealism. It was completed by many trials and errors of an expression method that has a sense of depth that is expressed by observing the details of botanical art, his realism, and summarizing the information of Nabeshima ware by simplifying the features.
